[Help]Adding New Items

Anyone Can Help me on how to Add new Items?

i mean what files and where should i put it.

Example: I want Akatsuki Items(specify Armor)

Question:
1.) Where can i find the Files Like .dds .x .cps?

2.) Where should i put it if i have the file but in other folder not in my client?

3.) Server Side or Client Side?

Hypotheses:
I tried copying The Item code at the Item.isf of other server but i dunno what files i should get in their client and put in my client.
