here's a guide on how to open it

1 : open run .. type gpedit.msc
2 : go administrative templates
3 : go system
4 : go ctrl + alt + del option
5 : remove task manager ( disable )

extract it then run the xp_taskmgrenab.exe


UNCHECK to disable
CHECK to enable

open notepad type start save it as bat
sample cmd.bat
then run it ther u go ^^ instant CMD.
